DISCUSSION PAMPHLETS

There is a wide range of human rights which are covered in international and national Bills of Rights but which are not protected in the European Convention on Human Rights. The NIHRC has identified the following areas in which supplementary protection may be needed and, over 2000 and 2001, published a number of discussion pamphlets to stimulate debate on the Bill of Rights.

Please click on the topic that interests you to read the discussion pamphlet.
